EMG IT provides Local and Remote IT Support, Maintenance and Consulting services to businesses across multiple industries. We support both small businesses (5 - 50 PC's) and Enterprise Customers (> 500 PC's). Our main enterprise business client has over 30 sites spread across 3 states in which we provide a fully managed IT System. This experience and expertise in managing enterprise environments allows us to offer the same fully managed and automated high end systems on a smaller scale to our small business customers.

We will do an audit on your system and then you're free to call us whenever you want and we will react to your problems on an individual basis.

You simply pay for what you use, with a minimum billing period of 1 hour. We won’t come and leave in 10 minutes however. Where the job can be completed quickly we spend the time to look over your system and offer any other services we can.

Managed IT Support
With our Managed IT Support Services we will monitor the health of your systems and perform periodic health check-ups to ensure everything is running smoothly. Our Managed Support Contracts work on an agreed monthly fee, with other support and equipment done at a fixed hourly rate.
