Managing Director | BSc
With 25 years of technical expertise, Michael leads EMG IT as Managing Director, driving exceptional customer relationships and innovative IT solutions to address diverse business challenges.

Known for his approachable and honest leadership, he excels in project management, cybersecurity, cloud services, and strategic IT consulting, ensuring clients remain ahead in technology, efficiency, and security.

Nathan Bicknell
IT Operations Manager
Nathan emigrated to Australia from England in 2004. After graduate from TAFE, Nathan joined the team, spending the past fifteen years working his way up to second-in-command. Nathan has extensive experience setting up and supporting IT systems in remote areas, and system maintenance.
Extended skillset: Windows, Servers, Hyper-V, SharePoint, Office365 and Cisco Meraki.

Brian Laws
Senior IT Consultant
Brian has been with EMG IT for 10 years, and has pivoted from supporting a corporate client base, to the professional sector that our company currently caters to. Brian brought advanced knowledge of virtualisation and backup technologies that assisted in expanding EMG IT’s capability.
Brian provides both on-site and remote support for all IT and Telephony systems.
Darren Campbell
IT Consultant
Darren joined the team in 2015, having started his IT career in sales. Darren’s experience in customer-facing roles has been invaluable, ensuring EMG IT’s customer service is unrivalled in the Far North.
Darren provides internal and external support for all EMG IT systems.
